MORRIS BANK WELCOMES NEW TEAM MEMBERS
Morris Bank is pleased to welcome Ben and Penny to our Houston County team! It’s growth like this that keeps us growing strong.
Ben is joining us to lead our Houston County team as Market President, overseeing all Houston County operations. Ben comes to us with over 20 years of experience in finance having graduated from Mercer University with a Bachelors of Business Administration, completing majors in Accounting & Finance. He also holds a Masters of Accountancy from Georgia College & State University. A strong and proven leader, Ben will be a tremendous asset to our team. He and his wife Samantha, along with their four children, Matty, Ben, James, and Luke, call Perry home.
Penny joins our Morris Bank team as a Commercial Banker in our Houston County Market. Bringing with her over 30 years of banking experience, Penny has served in numerous roles including, Security Officer, Branch Manager, Commercial and Consumer Lending Officer and her most recent role, Portfolio Manager/Vice President. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Pennsylvania State University and completed Banking School at the University of Georgia. When she’s not enjoying the company of her three grown children, two grandchildren, and two dogs, Penny is very active in her community and church serving in several leadership roles.

Local business are working together for a fundraising event, Ladies Night Out, to help support 16-month-old little girl named Hailey Holder Allen with Stage IV cancer that is very rare and aggressive (Alveolar Rhabdomyosarcoma). This event will be held in Perry at Hummingbird Hill Farms on October 6 from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. The vendors for that night are:
