The Robins Regional Chamber Is Now Accepting Applications for the 2020 Ambassador Program

WHY BECOME AN AMBASSADOR?

Ambassadors are carefully selected; and as a result, the group is comprised of motivated and respected individuals in the business community. Ambassadors regularly tell us their participation in the group helps achieve professional and personal goals. Networking opportunities offer Ambassadors the ability to expand their circle of influence and create stronger community connections.  Because of the important role they fill and the valuable service they provide to the Chamber, Ambassadors are featured on a permanent page on the Chamber’s website and highlighted on our social media.

APPLICATIONS/SELECTION PROCESS

If you are interested in being considered for the 2020 Ambassador Team, please complete and return the attached application by October 23. All applicants will be interviewed as part of the selection process.  Due to the program’s popularity, space is limited.  Prior participation in the Robins Regional Ambassador Team does not guarantee placement on the 2020 Ambassadors Team, and some applicants may be placed on a waiting list. Please review the requirements of this program and consider them carefully before submitting your application. The 2020 Team will be announced on December 13.

REQUIREMENTS OF AN AMBASSADOR

If you are selected as an Ambassador, you must fulfill the following in order to maintain active status on the team and be listed as a Chamber Ambassador:

  • Attend Ambassador training
  • Attend quarterly meetings at noon
  • Fulfill Assigned Ambassador Duties (social media, member outreach, or hospitality)
  • Maintain consistent contact with current Chamber members
  • Commit to one year of volunteer service

$125/annual participation fee
