Facebook for Business:
Say someone called your office and left a message, you wouldn’t respond via Twitter Direct Message, would you? Or if someone emailed you, you wouldn’t send them a fax, right? When a client or prospect uses a certain medium to communicate with you, they are expecting the response in the same medium.
Lots of companies get this wrong. A customer will Tweet out a problem, say, and the company will say “Call us at …”. That is not how customer service is done today. Stick to the medium the member is using.
Here is what’s new – Facebook just added the ability to respond to comments and questions privately right from the public post they commented on. If they ask a question that requires a private response, you don’t have to leave the post, saving you time and offering great customer service.
I believe you will see a huge growth in the use of Facebook messenger for quick communications.

Instagram Update:
Starting this week, you can quickly and easily switch between multiple accounts on Instagram – without having to use another program!
Go to your profile settings to add an additional account. From there, tap your username at the top of your profile to switch between accounts. Once you have multiple accounts added, you’ll see your profile photo appear in places throughout the app so you can always tell which one you’re using at the moment.
Account switching will be available as part of Instagram version 7.15 for iOS and Android.
