MESSAGE FROM OUR PRESIDENT
BE THE WIND
Last week, we welcomed 24 new members to our Leadership Robins family as the Class of 2020. We spent two days at Rock Eagle 4-H Center creating bonds and forming relationships to support individual leadership development and team building with this outstanding group. I snapped this image and some video of the flag as we departed early Thursday morning and began to ponder this: Am I the flag or am I the wind?
I see that flag every single day when I arrive at work and as I come and go from meetings and events. The flag is a symbol of our nation – of our freedom. It inspires; however, many days it lies lifeless against the pole. But the wind! When the wind comes along, the flag has life – it dances, waves, and furls. It has energy, focus, purpose, and action! 
So I ask you this: Are YOU the flag- stable, steeped in tradition, carrying out your day-to-day? Or are you the wind – inspiring action in others – providing direction, energy, and effort? Are you being the change you want to see in your family, in your job, in your community? The choice is yours to make every day. Be the wind!
