Born between 1980 and 2000, the millennial demographic is the currently the largest sector of the U.S. workforce with over 80 million strong and nearly 50% of the workforce. Millennials and generations to follow will make up 75% of the global workforce by 2025.  Houston Young Professionals Engage(HyPE) is a new initiative of the Robins Regional Chamber designed for enthusiastic and forward-thinking young professionals.

The purpose of HyPE is simple: create business opportunities, promote professional development, engage young professionals in their community, and support talent retention in the Middle Georgia community.
