Leadership Robins Region
Where Middle Georgia's next leaders learn what makes this region work — from the inside out.
Leadership Robins Region is a ten-month program that takes emerging leaders out of their offices and into the region they're trying to lead — visiting the businesses, military installations, government offices, and civic institutions that make Middle Georgia work, and building the relationships that come from being in those places together.
Twelve full-day sessions over ten months. The CliftonStrengths curriculum runs throughout — not as a one-day exercise, but as a thread that helps participants understand how their strengths show up across every context the program puts them in.
Who it's for
This program is for the person who's good at their job and ready to be good for their region. Whether you're a newly relocated executive finding your footing in Middle Georgia, a solopreneur building something here, or an emerging leader ready to grow beyond your organization — Leadership Robins Region is where that next chapter starts.

Youth Leadership Robins Region
Youth Leadership Robins Region brings the same immersive regional experience to high school juniors across Houston County — at Northside, Warner Robins, Houston County, Veterans, Westfield, and area home and private schools. Students are selected based on character, community interest, and leadership potential, and spend the year learning how Middle Georgia actually works — and why it's worth staying for. Applications are available through school counselors.
Ready to Apply?
Applications open October 1 and close December 1 — or when the class reaches capacity, whichever comes first. Given that the last two classes filled in under two weeks, don't wait.
