Catering Opportunity

The Robins Regional Chamber is committed to ensuring our members have equal access to opportunities to grow their business.

The Chamber is excited to announce a new opportunity to highlight the unique offerings of our member restaurants and caterers!  For more information, please see the information below:

On January 31, 2019, the Chamber will host the annual Pinnacle Awards in the Century of Flight Hangar at the Museum of Aviation. This event is a semi-formal evening event from 6-9pm. We anticipate an attendee count of 200-250 for this evening of celebration.

As always, our goal is to surprise and delight our attendees with a new, top drawer experience that they won’t encounter anywhere else. We would like to partner with a handful or our members to bring our attendees a meal they will remember throughout the year. Past menu items at this signature event include: a suckling pig, sushi bar, artistic fruit display, ice sculptures, and a decadent mini dessert sampling bar. In addition to the specialty cuisine, you will need to provide servers to attend your food station. The chamber will provide linens, flat ware, silver ware, and tables. Our color palette will be primarily black and white with accents of Chamber Red & Blue.

If you are interested in partnering with us for this event, complete the form linked below. You will be asked to describe the specialty items that you would like to provide for our event. Once we have received all of the proposals, we will work individually with our food partners to develop a comprehensive, cohesive event menu. Therefore, we recommend you provide a few options that we can choose from. For example,

Option 1 – a carving station with all the trimmings;
Option 2 – whole smoked salmon & roasted asparagus spears; or
Option 3 – Seafood taco bar with all the trimmings
