Since the 1980s, Leadership Robins Region has educated and equipped hundreds of Middle Georgia residents with information about the social, economic, and political dynamics of our community. During the 10-month class, participants are asked to get out of their comfort zones and see our community and themselves with fresh eyes. Class members gain greater insight into the innerworkings of our community through an immersive, strengths-based leadership experience. The program challenges each participant not only to be an effective and influential leader within their own organization but to lead within our greater community through personal commitment and involvement.

One of our highest-demand programs, Leadership Robins Region is limited. Whether you’re a newly relocated executive, a solopreneur, or an emerging leader in your workplace or industry, we invite you to take part in this very special experience and join the ranks of some of Houston County’s most notable leaders whom we are proud to call “alums” of our program. Come be an active part of shaping this community’s bright future.

Leadership Robins Region is committed to identifying and nurturing leaders who reflect the diversity represented in our businesses and in the greater community. We recognize the positive relationship between diversity and a thriving economy and therefore are intentional in our efforts to recruit, grow, and support leaders from diverse ethnic, racial, gender, socioeconomic, and professional backgrounds. We strive for inclusiveness in our programming, class participation, and community partnerships. We encourage business leaders to consider all aspects of diversity when recommending individuals for participation in Leadership Robins Region. Applications will open on October 1, 2024. The submission deadline will be December 1, 2024 or when the class capacity of twenty-five (25) is reached, whichever comes first. Participants are selected on a first come basis once the application process has opened.
