Rooted in a tradition of empowerment that spans over four decades, Leadership Robins Region has been instrumental in developing the potential of countless leaders from different sectors across Middle Georgia, affording them an in-depth insight into the complex tapestry of our societal, economic, and political landscape.
Our program goes beyond conventional leadership training; it’s a transformative experience that calls upon each participant to extend their influence beyond their own organizations and to actively engage in shaping the future of our vibrant community. By fostering personal investment and encouraging active involvement, we are nurturing visionary individuals ready to contribute to the prosperity of our region.

As a cornerstone program of the chamber, Robins Leads continues to attract a group of dynamic emerging leaders. Each class member brings with them a unique perspective and desire to contribute to the improvement and success of their community. We integrate the CliftonStrengths curriculum into our program in 2022, and it has truly taken our program to the next level,” said April Bragg, President & CEO of the Robins Regional Chamber. “Participants are challenged to leverage their strengths in a variety of ways throughout the year to make using strengths part of their leadership culture both personally and for their organizations.
