The 2024 State of the Base was held on Thursday, 11 April in the Cary W. Martin Conference Center of the Roy H. “Sonny” Watson Health Pavilion. A crowd of more than 350 community leaders, development partners, and base supporters showed up to hear from RAFB leadership about what Robins Air Force Base has accomplished in the last year and discuss their priorities and progress moving forward.

This year’s panel included Colonel Deedrick Reese, Commander, Installation & 78th Air Base Wing; Brigadier General Kelvin McElroy, Commander, Air Force Reserve Command Force Generation Center; Brigadier General Jon Eberlan, Commander, Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex; Colonel Adam Shelton, Commander, 461st Air Control Wing;  Colonel Christopher Dunlap, Commander, 116th Air Control Wing; Colonel Eric Steele, Commander, 319th Operations Group; and Lieutenant Colonel Chris Cox, Commander, 350th Spectrum Warfare Wing/Detachment 1.
